Mothership Store Competition Terms and Conditions

1. To enter this competition you must be 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Book Works Direct Ltd or Mothership.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Multiple entries are accepted.
5. To enter this competition you must either:
- Purchase an item from www.mothershipstore.com (giving you automatic entry with further application required)
- Send your name and address to Book Works, PO Box 3821, London, N5 1UY
or
- Send your name and address to mothershipcomp@bookworks.co.uk to be received on or before the closing date of the competition.
6. Sending an e-mail or posting a letter is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
7. The winner will be chosen at random from all entries recived by the closing date.
8. Book Works Direct reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
9.The winner will notifed within 10 working days of the closing date of the competition, no correspondence will be entered into.
10. You can find out who has won this competition by sending a stamped addressed envelope, marked with the name of the competition to Book Works, PO Box 3821, London, N5 1UY after the closing date.
11. By entering the competition the winner has the option to participate in such promotional activity and material as Book Works may require. If you do not wish to participate in promotional activity you must make that clear before acceptance of the prize.
12. If you are entering this competition by purchasing a product from www.mothershipstore.com your name will automatically be entered into the prize draw, no further action is required to obtain entry. Placing multiple orders will give you multiple entries into the draw.
13. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
14. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
15. The closing date for entries to this competition is March 1st 2009
16. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.

19. Full liability for this competition will be with Book Works Direct Limited and no other company. Mothership are in no way liable for any part of this competition, rules or the prize.
20. Book Works Direct Limited reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
21. The winner of this competition will receive £4,000 credit, to spend on any product available from www.mothershipstore.com with no time limit on the when the credit can be spent. No delivery will be charged on products purchased by the winner whilst still in credit. All products must be delivered to the street address of the competition winner.
