MotherShipStore Returns Policy
We will accept returns of goods and unopened DVDs if returned within 30
days of purchase.
Returned items must be in resaleable condition. DVD
returns will be accepted only if unopened or defective.
We will replace
defective items with a new copy of the same item (if possible), or
issue a refund. When returning items, please return the invoice, and
indicate the reason for the return.
The cost of delivery will only be
refunded if the item was received damaged, faulty or if the wrong item
was sent.
In the
interests of hygiene, no refund or exchange will be made on intimate
adult toys on sale on the site, unless those goods are received in a
faulty condition.
Underwear must be returned clean and in its original packaging, even though we do not resell returned underwear due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds will be dealt with as a matter or urgency and your card should be credited within 10 working days at the very latest.
